Rolling down the Rhine

It’s a gorgeous summer here in Europe. We have, mercifully, avoided the 100+ degree days you folks have had Stateside. With Rachel’s mom back in town this week, we decided to cruise through Germany, a Rhine river cruise that is. Twenty six castles, in just under two hours, not bad. This and my guide to Europe’s summer festival scene in this week’s river-rollin’ blog.
